Radius Pickup Scanner

For all Radius applications

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms apply to Radius Delivery, Radius Ads Geofencing, Radius Pickup Scanner and other Radius applications expressly offered under these Terms, together with their websites and connected services. Features, availability and billing methods depend on the application and platform you choose.

1. Provider and contact

The software provider is Multikapitał Sp. z o.o., ul. Krośnieńska 24, 87-100 Toruń, Poland. VAT ID: PL9562302202; KRS: 0000448302; REGON: 341398889. Contact us at hello@radiusdelivery.app for service questions, complaints and privacy requests.

2. Using the service

Radius applications support merchants with delivery-area configuration, geographic advertising integrations or order-pickup verification, as described on the relevant product page and in its help centre. A feature shown for one integration is not a promise that it is available on another. Pilots, previews and demonstrations are identified separately from production features.

You must be legally able to enter into the service agreement and authorized to act for the merchant and manage each connected store, location, advertising account and staff account. Installing, registering for or using an application is subject to these Terms, presented with the relevant installation or registration flow. Paid access additionally requires approval of the plan and payment terms shown before purchase.

3. Accounts, access and merchant responsibilities

Provide accurate account and billing details, protect credentials and private pickup or staff links, and promptly revoke access that is no longer needed. You are responsible for the permissions you grant, your store settings, the accuracy of orders and delivery areas, staff actions and lawful instructions to Radius. Review an order and payment state before handing over goods. Review geographic targeting before applying it to an advertising account.

You remain responsible for your sales to your customers, goods, delivery and collection, customer communications, advertising content, budgets and legal compliance. Radius does not become the seller of goods in your store and does not guarantee advertising results, precise advertising boundaries or uninterrupted third-party services.

4. Seven free days of Unlimited

Each eligible new Radius application installation receives the full Unlimited plan free for seven complete days from installation, with its actual plan features and permissions. Platform capabilities, required authorizations and technical restrictions still apply. The application shows the trial end date.

On day seven, we ask you in the application to choose a plan. If you have not already chosen one and email delivery is correctly configured, we send one service reminder through Zoho CRM. Unlimited remains available until the end of the full trial. The reminder is not a paid-plan acceptance. Continued paid access requires your explicit plan and billing approval; failure to choose a plan does not itself authorize a charge. After the trial, the selected plan or the available unpaid access restrictions apply as shown in the application.

5. Plans, prices and billing

The selected application's pricing page and checkout describe the price, currency, billing period, limits, included features and any taxes. A yearly subscription is charged for the yearly period; a displayed monthly equivalent does not mean monthly billing. Where recurring billing is authorized, subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled. Changes of plan, prorated charges and the effective date are shown before you approve the change. Changes to future prices are notified before they take effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel renewal.

For purchases completed through Paddle, the Paddle entity identified at checkout is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the sale, payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and payment refunds. Multikapitał supplies and supports the software. Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy apply to that transaction alongside our application-use terms. Mandatory law takes priority.

When billing is handled by Shopify, Wix, Shoper or another platform, that platform's checkout, billing and cancellation rules apply. Where Multikapitał sells directly using a payment operator, the seller and payment conditions are identified before purchase. We do not collect or store full payment-card details.

6. Cancellation, refunds and ending access

You can cancel renewal through the billing portal or the billing platform used for the purchase. Paddle customers can use the Manage subscription link in their confirmation email or paddle.net. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and preserves access until the paid period ends. Uninstalling or deleting a connection is not a substitute for confirming cancellation of an externally billed subscription.

Refund requests and withdrawal rights are explained in our Refund Policy. A refund and cancellation are separate actions; contact the relevant billing provider if you need both. Access covered by a refunded payment may end when the refund is processed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the hosted service during your authorized access period for your business, within the selected plan. Separate open-source licences included with distributed components continue to apply. You retain rights to your store data and content and authorize us to process them to provide the service.

Do not access stores or advertising assets without authorization, share access to evade plan limits, bypass security controls, misuse private codes, interfere with the service or use it for unlawful activity. Restrictions do not remove rights expressly permitted by applicable law or a component's open-source licence.

8. Privacy and customer data

Our Privacy Policy explains processing of merchant, website and support data and processing of store-customer data on merchant instructions. Where we act as a processor, the applicable Data Processing Agreement governs that processing. You must provide required customer information and have a lawful basis for the data and instructions you supply.

9. Availability, changes and suspension

The service depends on your platform, hosting, network and authorized third-party APIs. Maintenance, outages, revoked permissions or platform changes may affect features. We may improve the service and correct errors; material changes affecting paid use will be communicated. No specific uptime commitment applies unless separately agreed.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful use, a material breach or unpaid charges, explaining the reason where legally and technically possible and allowing correction where appropriate. If we discontinue a paid service before the paid term ends, contact us to arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund of the unused period where applicable. Paddle payment remedies are processed through Paddle.

10. Liability, complaints and applicable law

We are responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, or limits mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for a merchant's goods, unlawful instructions or third-party failures outside our reasonable control. We do not promise commercial outcomes or suitability for a purpose that we have not expressly agreed.

Send complaints to hello@radiusdelivery.app with the application, store identifier and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, active private codes or full card details. We will acknowledge the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days, without extending any shorter legal deadline. Payment complaints for Paddle purchases may also be submitted at paddle.net.

The application-use agreement with Multikapitał is governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence or of their rights to a competent court. Paddle transactions remain subject to Paddle's separate buyer terms. We may update these Terms for legal or service changes and will notify you of material changes before they apply. Changes do not retroactively remove rights for an earlier purchase.
