No need to search for an email at the pickup point. Customers open their order in their Shopify account and show the pickup QR to your team.
Add the Radius block to the order status page in new Shopify customer accounts. Once a pickup code is prepared, the customer can view it there.

Scanning inside the Shopify mobile app is not yet verified on iOS and Android. On your phone, open Shopify in Safari or Chrome, open Radius Pickup Scanner, then choose Open scanner in a new tab and allow camera access. Staff without Shopify accounts can open their individual scanner link directly in the browser. Internet access is required.

For the pickup team
Open your access link, scan the customer’s code, check products and quantities, then tap “Mark picked up”. Scan again to see when it was collected.
Already collected
Check the order in Shopify before handing over goods. An uncertain confirmation is locked against a second attempt.
Only the access your team needs
A scanner link opens only the assigned station. The owner chooses an expiry date or access until revoked, and can revoke it at any time. Scanner staff cannot browse the Shopify admin, change products or manage payments. For staff with Shopify accounts, the owner separately configures roles and app permissions in Shopify; access to the full app is not the same as scanner-only access.

Bulk QR codes
Prepare codes for eligible paid pickup orders in a batch. Filter by station, date range and order tag.
Customer notifications
Request delivery of prepared codes through Shopify Flow and your configured messaging provider. A Flow request does not confirm email delivery.
QR in the customer account
Customers can show their QR from the order status page in new Shopify customer accounts. The merchant adds the Radius block.

Workflow examples
